The Santa Barbara Zoo's award-winning Adventure Camps introduce kids to the wild world of animals and science. Age-appropriate themed programs include games, teacher-led workshops, behind-the-scenes visits, up-close animal introductions, hands-on science, and crafts. Zoo Camp scholarships are available.

At Spring Zoo Camp your child can paint like an elephant, sing like a penguin, and may even go on a photo safari. Throughout the week, your child will be able to explore what it's like to grow up with a pride of lions. With fun activities, games, take-home crafts, private animal encounters and exclusive behind-the-scenes tours. Spring Zoo Camp is the perfect way for your child to enjoy spring break. For children ages 3* - 9 years old.
* All children must be completely toilet-trained and need no assistance in the bathroom.

Voted "best summer camp" by both Independent and Santa Barbara News-Press readers' polls, this camp is fun and educational. Each adventure is age-appropriate and filled with behind-the-scenes tours, up-close animal encounters, educational activities, crafts, games, and FUN!
This camp is for children ages 3 - 13. The Zoo offers nine weeks of week-long sessions for our annual Summer Zoo Camp! Summer Zoo Camp runs from mid June through late August.
